We are looking for a medical secretary to join our wonderful team!
Råneå Health Center is located just outside the center of Luleå and has approximately 3,600 registered citizens. We are a close-knit team that works closely together with a strong commitment to our patients and a work environment where you become part of an engaged team that supports each other.

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary/health administrator, preferably with experience in primary care. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in Cosmic, VAS, and/or are familiar with Region Norrbotten's intranet, Microsoft Office, and Teams.

As a medical secretary with us, you will have a varied and significant role in the organization. Your work includes record-keeping and documentation as well as handling medical records, along with various administrative tasks that are a natural part of the health center's daily operations. We see you as the spider in the web of the organization – someone who supports other staff with administrative issues and contributes to creating structure and order in daily work. You will also be responsible for our intranet, thus playing a key role in facilitating and streamlining the ongoing operations of the health center.

Information about the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment during daytime hours.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
